As an Operations Manager, you will:
Lead and manage a team of Registered Managers, providing guidance and support.
Implement and review quality frameworks and improvement plans.
Drive financial and commercial success, supporting the Regional Director in achieving targets.
Develop effective partnerships with key organisations and stakeholders.
Contribute to regional and divisional strategy development.
Manage urgent and crisis situations effectively.
