*The Role*
Skilled CNC Sliding head setter/operator required. The ability to read and edit programmes is preferrable. Experience on sliding head CNC machines would be advantageous.
We require a keen eye for detail and precision. You will knowledge of modern tooling and machining techniques with the ability to work in a fast paced environment.
*Role Description*
· Operate designated machinery safely and competently, ensuring all HSE and housekeeping standards are maintained.
· Interpret engineering drawing, manufacturing components to set tolerances.
· Perform QC checks on components as required by manufacturing specifications.
*Essential Qualifications/Experience*
· CNC sliding head experience advantageous.
· Fanuc Control.
· CMM knowledge.
· Able to interpret engineering drawings.
· Flexible mindset.
· Experience of working with CNC programmable lathes. Citizen bar feeder knowledge would be advantageous.
*Desirable*
· Participation and understanding of Continuous Improvement activities. xkybehq Knowledge of 5S and lean principles would be advantageous.
