Conveyancing Assistant – Chesterfield (Full-Time, Office-Based)
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Conveyancing Assistant to join a busy, supportive residential property team based in Chesterfield.
This role is ideal for someone with previous experience in conveyancing support who is looking to further develop their skills in a friendly and professional environment.
What you’ll be doing:
* Preparing and drafting legal documents, including Contracts and Transfers
* Requesting and processing searches
* Reviewing and responding to sales enquiries with guidance as required
* Assisting with preparation of completion statements
* Handling exchanges and completions
* Liaising with clients, solicitors and other professionals to progress matters smoothly
What we’re looking for:
* At least 12 months’ experience in a conveyancing support role
* Good knowledge of conveyancing processes and procedures
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* A proactive, team-focused approach
