Requirements and Experience
ARB/RIBA-registered architect with at least three years’ of post‑Part 2 experience or completion of Part 3 in the UK, with experience navigating RIBA stages 1‑6.
Proven history of managing private residential and mixed‑use projects, including creation of detailed technical proposals with a strong focus on design and site experience.
Responsibilities
Lead projects from initial design development through planning approval and technical design details to implementation, including site and contract management. Collaborate with directors and support or lead team members.
