Description
As a HR Advisor, you’ll play a key role in shaping our culture and supporting our people, leaders, and stakeholders. You’ll be passionate about creating an exceptional employee experience that aligns with our strategic goals, acting as a true ambassador for who we are and what we stand for.
In this role, you’ll keep our HR operations running smoothly - managing systems and processes efficiently while providing trusted advice, guidance, and support across the organisation.
This is a 6-month fixed-term contract with the opportunity to make a real impact from day one.
What will you be doing?
* Providing timely and accurate advice to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and employment legislation.
* Support the resolution of employee relations issues, including disciplinary, grievance, and performance management cases.
* Coach and guide line managers in people management practices to ensure consistency and fairness.
* Ensure HR policies and procedures are up to date and compliant with employment law and company standards.
* Maintain accurate employee records and support compliance with data protection regulations.
* Participate in HR projects and initiatives to improve processes, systems, and employee engagement.
* Provide data and insights through HR metrics and reports to support decision-making.
What does good look like?
Essential:
* Proven experience providing HR advice and guidance to managers and employees.
* Experience supporting disciplinary, grievance, and performance management cases.
* Experience maintaining accurate HR records and ensuring compliance with data protection requirements.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build effective relationships at all levels.
* Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
* High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
Desirable:
* CIPD qualification (or working towards).
* Strong working knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices.
