About the Role
As a Senior Project Manager, you will take full ownership of medium to large-scale projects, either independently or as part of a wider programme. You'll lead multi-disciplinary teams to deliver cutting-edge solutions that meet customer needs and business objectives. From concept to production, you'll manage the full project development life cycle, ensuring excellence at every stage.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the end-to-end delivery of projects, from research and design to implementation and production.
* Drive the development of core products, new features, and innovative technologies.
* Collaborate with stakeholders across the business to align project goals with strategic priorities.
* Apply best practice project management methodologies and adhere to formal stage gate processes.
* Manage project budgets, timelines, risks, and resources to ensure successful outcomes.
* Present project updates and solutions to senior leaders, technical teams, and customers.
* Champion continuous improvement and deliver high-quality, fit-for-purpose solutions.

Qualifications
Experience Requirements
* Demonstrable experience in a similar role wherein stakeholder engagement is a core deliverable
* Proven project management with delivery of medium to large projects
* Degree educated, ideally within an engineering discipline
The Successful Candidate
* Works effectively with people across a wide range of disciplines and levels (both internal and external resources)
* Has strong decision making capabilities
* Will have experience of remote team management
