This is an exciting opportunity for a RMN or RNLD qualified nurse with proven leadership experience and strong knowledge of CQC standards. What We’re Looking For: Registered RMN (Registered Mental Nurse) or RNLD (Registered Nurse Learning Disabilities) qualification. Proven experience managing a nursing or specialist care home, with a track record of achieving CQC Good or Outstanding ratings. Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
