What's the role about?As Procurement Coordinator, you will:
Manage purchasing and procurement activities, ensuring timely and accurate order processing.
Act as the main point of contact for suppliers and internal teams.
Monitor stock levels and aged reports to maintain inventory control.
Oversee inbound freight and logistics, resolving delivery issues and tracking shipments.
Identify and implement process improvements across procurement and logistics.Key Responsibilities
Process, track, and expedite purchase orders to minimise delays.
Maintain effective communication with suppliers, warehouse, and logistics teams.
Collaborate with Customer Service, Sales, and Servicing teams on delivery and product queries.
Manage supplier relationships, including complaints and quality issues.
Monitor freight costs and ensure compliance with customs and internal procedures.
Maintain accurate system updates and reporting.Requirements
You'll bring:
Previous experience in procurement, operations coordination, or supply chain management.
Strong organisational and time management skills.
Ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple deadlines independently.
Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
Commercial awareness and confidence in supplier negotiation.
