Our teams can live and work from anywhere within or even beyond our regional boundaries. Your contracted place of work will be the Newcastle Hub, Holy Jesus Hospital. Our systems have been set up to enable you to enjoy a hybrid working arrangement, so you can choose the best working environment for the task in hand. Some days this could be working from home, on others it could be at one of our five regional hubs, or at a property. We’re a flexible employer and supportive of helping you find a healthy work-life balance.This is a role that fits into the bigger jigsaw of regional business services, and we can be flexible about the hours you will work.The National Trust is a busy organisation that has a lot going on at all times - you can guarantee that no day is the same, so you'll have to love variety and working at pace. You will be part of a team that provide specialist support to our Regional Director, Assistant Directors, and Internal Teams. You'll help us plan ahead and prepare for future activity and will be willing to be an active, enthusiastic part of our team. You'll always champion best practice when it comes to service, and will be confident challenging the norm when you think there's a better way of doing something. In any given day you could be helping to arrange a region-wide event, liaising with external partners, or looking at ways to review and improve a process.You'll connect and form strong relationships with other Regional Business Services Coordinators as well as being an active member of the National Business Services community.The National Trust has the motto ‘For everyone, for ever’ at its heart.
