Events Assistant THE COMPANY Boxpark delivers over 2,500 events a year across the three sites with cutting edge music concerts, the most electric Football Fanparks, mass participation fitness classes, Drag Brunches, Bingo, Lit Sync Battles, Poetry Nights, Fashion shows and we've even been known to have a bit of Mexican Wrestling within our programming all whilst capturing the content and distributing it from within house. THE ROLE BOXPARK are seeking an enthusiastic and dynamic individual who wants a role as an Events Assistant supporting the Events Managers and Ops teams deliver epic events across the year. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Event calendar planning Technical setups and maintenance Atmosphere management Clear comms with operation, design and marketing depts Overseeing ticket sales Liaising with promoters and clients on event day Working alongside tenants on event plans Managing the production and execution of events Social Media stories THE CANDIDATE Be passionate about social media and want to drive engaging content. The successful candidate will be a confident, articulate and highly motivated person with a huge desire to learn. Whilst being attributed to a ‘home’ site, the successful candidate will also work across other sites when the opportunity presents itself.
