Job Description
We are looking for a proactive, organised, and experiencedProject Managerto join our team and take the lead on a range of projects across the business. This is a permanent, full-time role that will replace an existing contractor. You’ll be based in our Windlesham office three days a week, with the flexibility to work remotely the remaining two days.
The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, with excellent stakeholder management skills, good attention to detail and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively to deliver results.
Key Responsibilities
* Plan, manage, and deliver a range of cross-functional projects on time and within budget
* Collaborate with key stakeholders across the business to define project scopes, objectives, and deliverables
* Track project milestones and timelines, reporting regularly on progress and escalating issues as needed
* Prepare project documentation, status updates, and board-level reporting
* Maintain clear communication with all stakeholders, ensuring alignment and buy-in
* Identify risks and manage mitigation strategies
* Use Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) to produce project plans, documentation, and presentations
* Ensure all projects are delivered to a high standard and support strategic business goals
Who We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone who combines strong project management skills with a confident and collaborative working style. You’ll need to be comfortable operating with autonomy and juggling multiple priorities.
Essential:
* Previous experience in a project management role, ideally in a fast-paced or growing business
* Able to work independently and take ownership of project delivery
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
* Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines
* In depth Excel knowledge, including creating pivot tables and V-look ups
* In depth Powerpoint knowledge, with experience creating Exec/board-level slides for project updates
* Great attention to detail
* Confident working under pressure and navigating competing priorities
Desirable:
* Experience managing cross-departmental projects
* Familiarity with project management tools (e.g. MS Project, Trello, Asana)
* Formal project management qualification (e.g. PRINCE2, Agile, PMP)
