PC Hardware Tester (Monitors & Laptops)
Location: Heywood
Hours: 08:30 - 17:30, Monday to Friday
Contract: Temporary to Permanent Opportunity
Pay Rate: £12.21 per hour
About the Role:
Our client in Heywood is looking for an experienced PC Hardware Tester to join their team. This is an excellent temp-to-perm opportunity for candidates with previous experience testing and inspecting computer hardware, particularly monitors and laptops.
Key Responsibilities:
* Testing and diagnosing laptops, monitors, and other PC components
* Conducting quality control checks and recording results accurately
* Identifying, repairing, or reporting hardware faults
* Safely handling and moving IT equipment (manual handling required)
* Ensuring all products meet company and customer standards
Requirements:
* Previous PC hardware testing or IT refurbishment experience essential
* Good attention to detail and ability to follow technical procedures
* Reliable, punctual, and willing to learn
* Comfortable with manual handling tasks
