* Dealing with any queries that may arise
Responsibilities & Duties
Communicating with the local authorities, i.e. DEFRA, Heathrow Animal Reception Centre along with Pet owners, airlines and/or Agents in a helpful & professional manner.
Creating a file / reference once a quote is accepted or booking received.
Communication is generally done via email however very urgent matters will require contact by phone or face to face if the customer is present.
Invoicing
Dealing with queries. To be actioned within 24 hours of receipt or, if urgent, immediately.
Quotations
Capturing and fostering great working relationships with counterpart agencies worldwide to maintain business turnover
Additional Notes
High service levels for all customers, big and small, old or new; is essential. Whether by phone, email or in person.
A willingness to be proactive towards the role, performing tasks with pride and efficiency is a necessity.
Although the role requires a good level of independence, teamwork is key therefore a willingness to help in different areas of the business is appreciated.
