Key Responsibilities:
*Maintenance and troubleshooting of all technical equipment, including computers, projectors, and other multimedia devices.
*Installation and updating of software applications.
*Support the teaching staff in the effective use of technology in the classroom.
*Manage inventory of equipment and supplies, ensuring that all resources are available and fully operational.
*Assist in the setup of technology for school events, presentations, and assemblies.
*Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in all technology-related activities.
Requirements:
*A minimum of a Level 3 qualification in a relevant field (e.g., IT, Computer Science).
*Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within an educational setting.
*Strong understanding of computer hardware, software, and networks.
*Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot under pressure.
*Good organizational skills and the capability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
*Effective communication skills, with the ability to explain technical information in a clear and understandable manner.
*A proactive attitude and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
*Commitment to professional development and staying current with the latest technological advancements.
