Job Description:
ServerSource are seeking an energetic, tech-savvy individual ready to join our small but highly effective team in a hands-on role that blends digital marketing, online sales and IT account management at our Corby offices.
This position is a full time, office-based role and is designed to give you exposure to every aspect of the business from managing our server configuration tools and online apps to creating listings, maintaining web content and developing long-term client relationships.
You'll be working directly with experienced account managers and learning how enterprise-level IT solutions (servers, storage, networking, and workstations) are sold and supported.
Key Responsibilities:
Help maintain and update our website content to ensure accuracy and consistency.
Take an active role in managing and improving our interactive "Build Your Own Server" configuration tools and applications used by clients.
Liaise with developers and the sales team to ensure pricing, data and functionality remain current.
Create and schedule engaging content across our social media platforms.
Track engagement, monitor industry trends and support digital marketing campaigns.
Create and manage listings on eBay and other online marketplaces.
Support the team with daily sales tasks, promotions and stock updates.
Assist in quoting, customer communication and order processing.
Learn how to manage key client accounts and build toward taking ownership of your own accounts.
Qualifications:
Strong computer literacy with excellent Excel and general Microsoft Office skills.
Genuine interest in technology, sales and digital marketing.
Analytical mindset with good attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
No prior experience required, just enthusiasm, initiative and a willingness to learn.
