Overview
Act as the first point of contact for candidates, ensuring a warm and professional experience while keeping processes running smoothly. Support Recruitment Executives and hiring managers by managing job adverts across websites, job boards, and social media platforms, screening candidates, arranging interviews, and updating job descriptions to benchmark roles against the market.
Responsibilities

* Screen candidates, arrange interviews, and support Recruitment Executives and hiring managers.
* Create and update job descriptions and benchmark roles against the market.
Skills and Experience
* Minimum 1 year experience as a Recruitment Resourcer or Administrator.
* Strong customer service skills – friendly, approachable, and professional.
* A proactive, can‑do attitude and willingness to get stuck in.
* Previous experience using job boards and social media to source candidates.
* Exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work well within a team environment.
