About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced, motivated and dedicated Children’s Registered Manager to lead the registration, development, and day-to-day operation of a new children’s home situated in the rural Accrington area. This is an exciting opportunity to help shape a high-quality residential service from the ground up, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional care, safeguarding and support to young people.

Provide effective leadership to the care team, promoting a culture of high standards, professionalism, and continuous improvement.

Ensure the home provides a safe, nurturing and structured environment that meets the emotional, physical, and developmental needs of each child.

Develop and implement individualised care plans in partnership with local authorities, families and other professionals.

Maintain strong and positive relationships with external stakeholders, including social workers, inspectors, and local services.

Previous experience as a Registered Manager or Deputy Manager within a children’s residential setting.

Strong working knowledge of relevant childcare legislation, including The Children’s Homes Regulations 2015 and the Quality Standards.

Proven track record in delivering high-quality care and achieving positive outcomes for children and young people.

Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.

Resilient, compassionate and committed to child-centred practice.

Full UK driving licence is preferred due to the rural location.

What We Offer:

A competitive salary of up to £60,000 depending on experience.

The opportunity to lead and shape a new, high-quality residential setting.

Ongoing professional development and support.

A supportive and forward-thinking organisation
