Opportunity to cover a Team Manager role in Skelmersdale Neighbourhood Team, West Lancashire, 37hrs per week.
Salary £46,142 - £51,356, per annum | Permanent, Full Time, 37 hours per week | Pro Rata
Key Responsibilities
* Provide day-to-day leadership and operational oversight.
* Support staff development and wellbeing through supervision and guidance.
* Ensure compliance with safeguarding, policies, and procedures.
* Manage resources effectively to meet service priorities and performance targets.
* Work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners to achieve positive outcomes for service users.
Essential Requirements
* Experience in a senior practitioner or supervisory capacity.
* Knowledge of relevant legislation, policies, and safeguarding frameworks.
* Ability to manage workloads and priorities effectively.
