Full-time, Permanent – Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 17:00 (with one hour lunch break)

Responsibilities
* Issuing export documents for customs clearance and answering related queries – liaising with transport, customers, customs agents and hauliers.
* Checking, logging and forwarding supplier invoices for payment in conjunction with the Office Manager.
* Answering incoming telephone calls and email enquiries from customers.
* Handling sample requests – taking requests, ensuring prompt packing and mailing, maintaining sample stocks, liaising with distributors and Sales/Marketing personnel.
* Logging sample requests as leads for the Sales team.
* Reporting directly to the Commercial Services Manager.
* Participating in future marketing opportunities as the role evolves.
Qualifications
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
* Good customer‑service experience.
* Ability to work under pressure and prioritise tasks.
* Comfortable on the telephone with a polite, friendly manner.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Enthusiastic with a positive attitude.
* Experience with SAP R3 is advantageous but not essential.
* Eligible to work in the UK.
