Highly successful, established global Private Equity firm based in stunning offices in Mayfair are currently recruiting an exceptional Team Executive Assistant to support 8 investment professionals. Your team are experienced, friendly, and sociable and looking for an EA used to providing high-level team support, able to liaise effortlessly with HNW clients with gravitas confidence. Key duties:
* Classic business support duties to 8 finance professionals including Partner level
* Extensive complex diary management
* Arranging UK and international travel, visa, itineraries, inbox and calendar management
* Organising high profile client meetings, collating agenda points/documents
* Creating high level reports and presentations
* Liaising extensively with HNW clients on behalf of your team
* Assisting with research and projects
* Organising client events
Ideal candidate:
* Ideally 2-4 years Team Assistant/EA experience
* Boutique Finance/Hedge Fund experience ideally in Private Equity
* Immaculately presented with experience of dealing with UHNW clients
* Proactive, a team player used to working in a fast-paced culture under pressure
* Ideally graduate/graduate calibre or secretarially trained e.g. Quest/OMBS
