Thrings is a Top Law firm, with offices in; Bristol, Bath, Swindon, Romsey and the Wye Valley.

We are looking for a proactive Administration Assistantto join the Private Client teamin our Romsey. As a law firm, we support our clients by providing a variety of advice, across several different industries. We are proud of the reputation we have built to date, both externally with our clients and referrers, as well as the inclusive culture and working environment we have across all our offices.

To be our next Administration Assistant you will need to demonstrate that you have the following:

1. Strong communication and organisational skills
2. Confidence in using various IT systems including Microsoft Suite and Outlook
3. Experience in providing administrative support
4. Ability to work in a collaborative environment
5. Strong attention to detail

Responsibilities to include:

6. Opening new matters, scanning, archiving, photocopying, and file management
7. Some basic finance duties to include monitoring incoming and outgoing payment requisitions
8. Some typing services

Whilst this role is based in Romsey office there will be the opportunity for you to support other fee earners, based at our other offices. It’s important that you have experience of working in a client focused role, delivering exceptional client service at all times, that you’re organised, able to work at pace and deliver to multiple deadlines.
