The Role As a Senior Town Planner, you will: Lead on the preparation and management of planning applications, appeals, and appraisals. Prepare detailed planning statements, development plan representations, and evidence for hearings and inquiries. Manage client relationships and provide clear, commercially focused planning advice. Support and mentor junior colleagues, helping to develop the team's future talent. Work on a wide range of exciting projects including residential, commercial, mixed-use, and regeneration schemes. About You The ideal candidate will have: An RTPI-accredited degree or postgraduate qualification in Town Planning (or related subject). MRTPI Chartered membership (essential). 3-6 years' post-qualification experience in a consultancy or similar environment. Excellent project management and report-writing skills.
