Property Administrator
Location: Harlow
Hours: Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm
Salary - Up to £27,000

We are looking for a reliable and organised Administrator to support our clients Property Managers with the day-to-day administration of residential properties
Key responsibilities include:
Raising and tracking repair and maintenance orders
Requesting and chasing contractor quotes
Arranging access with Residents, Caretakers & Key holders
Updating property management systems and records
Responding to resident and client emails and calls
Logging repair requests and general enquiries
Sending updates, notices, and routine correspondence
Checking and uploading contractor invoices
Supporting service charge and arrears administration
Maintaining compliance and safety documents
Keeping property, ownership, and contractor records up to date
Assisting with meetings, inspections, and general office admin
