Role Description
This is a contract role for a Pipefitter at Telford Compressed Air Services Ltd. The Pipefitter will be responsible for supporting the delivery of a large scale installation project due to commence January 2026.
The project and thereofore the contract is expected to be for a minimum term of 12 weeks.
Daily tasks will include working as part of a team of fitters to install aluminium pipework and associated mechanical fixings.
You will be supported by the project manager as well as on-site, senior installation engineers to ensure a high quality of work meeting drawing soecifications.
Qualifications & Skills
* Previous experience in pipefitting is essential
* Exprerience of compressed air pipework installation (aluminium systems) - preferred
* Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
* Ability to work effectively alone upon understanding of task
* Relevant certification or training to work under CDM control (including but not limited to: CSCS Card or equivalent, IPAF training and certification)
* High attention to detail
* Passion for delivering quality workmanship
Rates of pay are negotiable depending on relevant experience in this sector.
