* Assist the Manager in overseeing daily operations of the establishment, ensuring smooth service and customer satisfaction.
* Supervise and train staff in food preparation, cooking techniques, and serving procedures to maintain high standards of quality.
* Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness in all areas of food production.
* Manage inventory levels, including ordering supplies and monitoring stock to minimise waste.
* Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, ensuring timely resolutions to enhance guest experiences.
* Collaborate with the management team to develop menus and implement promotional activities that drive sales.
* Maintain effective communication with kitchen staff to ensure timely food production and service delivery.
* Foster a positive team environment through effective leadership and team management practices.
Experience
* Previous experience in a supervisory or management role within the hospitality industry.
* Pizza Making Skills Essential
* Culinary experience with a strong understanding of food preparation techniques is highly desirable.
* Familiarity with food safety standards and regulations is required to ensure compliance within the establishment.
* Experience in kitchen operations, including cooking, serving and cleaning.
* Proven leadership abilities with experience in team management and staff training are crucial for success in this role.
