Our mission is to help individuals continue their recovery journey in a nurturing community setting. Your Role and Responsibilities
As a
Recovery Worker
, you will: Provide
person-centered care
through key working sessions and group activities. Empower individuals by helping them gain new skills and promoting long-term recovery. Develop tailored support and risk management plans for each individual. Ensure effective discharge planning to facilitate smooth transitions. Encourage positive change and independence in the lives of those you support. This role requires a commitment of
37 hours per week
, including shifts, sleep-ins, and weekends. You’ll enjoy a balanced schedule with one weekend on and one weekend off, and we provide flexibility to meet the needs of our service. Who We’re Looking For
The ideal candidate will: Have experience in the
mental health sector
and a solid understanding of the recovery model. Exhibit a
solution-focused attitude
and a genuine,
person-centered approach
