Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Events Manager to join their leading retail organisation. In this exciting role, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing a variety of events that enhance the companys brand presence & engage with their customers. Responsibilities:
Develop and manage a schedule of events throughout the year (52 week plan)
Managing all aspects of our various onsite events & liaising with stakeholders
Arrange ticketing, website content, and marketing
Plan and liaise with external partners for design & graphics for the internal & external advertising
Oversee running of events / project managing events
Producing of live content, videos & promotions suitable for company and social media use
Continually working on multiple campaigns and events
Recruitment of additional staff & attending relevant management and site meetings
Supporting other areas of the business when required
Skills Required:
Excellent communication skills
Good MS Office skills (Word, Excel)
Planning & organising skills & budget management
Strong communication & negotiation skills
Ability to deal with vendors, entertainers, workshop leaders and local community groups
