Job description: Children's Waking Night Care Support Area: Goldthorpe S63 Salary: £14.50 per hour Working Hours: 8pm-8am We are looking for a compassionate and reliable individual to join our team as a part time Children’s Waking Night Care Support Worker. In this role, you will provide overnight support to a young child, ensuring his safety and wellbeing throughout the night. Your responsibilities will include: Monitoring his epilepsy Responding to any care needs that may arise during the night Providing reassurance and a calm, supportive presence He is a joyful, loving child who adores anything to do with Mickey Mouse, enjoys going on adventures, and loves spending time with his family and their two small dogs. Flexible, loyal, & trustworthy Good time management & brilliant communicator Key Responsibilities: Epilepsy management Personal care including washing, dressing Jejunostomy care Stoma Care Oxygen management - essential Good communication skills Skin Care Moving & Handling Clinical interventions as required, full training and ongoing support is provided by our clinical team Bringing brilliance to the everyday, at Barclay Specialist Care we aim to deliver high quality, clinically led complex care to individuals within their own homes or choice of setting.
