We are seeking a talented and passionate Chef de Partie to join a dedicated kitchen team delivering exceptional dining experiences for weddings and special events.This is an excellent opportunity for a driven chef looking to develop their career in a creative and fast-paced environment, working with high-quality, seasonal ingredients.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare, cook, and present dishes to a consistently high standardSupport the Head Chef and Sous Chef in menu development and daily kitchen operationsTake ownership of a designated section and ensure smooth serviceMaintain excellent food hygiene and health & safety standardsAssist with stock control, ordering, and minimising wasteContribute to a positive and professional kitchen cultureRequirementsPrevious experience as a Chef de Partie or strong experience as a Commis Chef ready to step upPassion for fresh, high-quality food and attention to detailAbility to work efficiently under pressure in a busy events environmentStrong teamwork and communication skillsRelevant food safety and hygiene certificationsWhat's on OfferCompetitive salary of £28,000 per annumPermanent, stable position within a well-regarded venueOpportunity to work on varied and creative wedding menusSupportive team environment with opportunities for progressionWork-life balance with structured shiftsThis role offers an engaging environment where leadership qualities are valued alongside culinary expertise.
