Candidate Profile
* Share our Christian ethos and school values and demonstrate them consistently in practice.
* Hold a relevant EYFS qualification (e.g. Level 3 Early Years or equivalent).
* Have experience working within Early Years with a secure understanding of the EYFS Framework.
* Have experience supporting children with a range of needs, including intimate care where required.
* Be calm, patient, caring and nurturing.
* Be skilled in supporting learning through play, using high-quality interactions, small‑group interventions and 1:1 support.
* Be flexible, proactive and an effective team member.
* Have high expectations of themselves and others.
What You’ll Do
Support learning through play and targeted interventions within the nursery setting, fostering a caring and inclusive environment for children of all ages and abilities. Provide one‑to‑one and small‑group support as required and collaborate closely with colleagues to implement the EYFS Framework.
