This programme will provide AZ with apetitive edge, to the benefit of its employees and patients.You will be a key member of the Process Excellence team, driving the introduction and use of business process methods and tools to ensure the success of the design, implementation and use of business processes on major projects including SAP S/4HANA. You will bring experience of business process execution and problem-solving to support transformational change. Able to work with a network of stakeholders to inform requirements and change impacts, develop a forward plan and drive plan delivery.Your New RoleActing as a member of the Centre of Process Excellence team, this role will help to drive SAP S/4HANA process design with a view to supporting process excellence initiatives across the business.
1. Contribute to the improvement of a process excellence methodology and standards to align people, process, data and technology across AZ as part of the Axial project.
2. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure processes are maintained and improved in line with established standards across the Axial landscape.
3. Attend workshops and meetings with cross-functional and business teams to map and design global, interim and localisation processes for your area.
4. Design and document new business processes, including end-to-end process flows, supporting the downstream SOPs, and related deployment activities.
5. Utilise in-house BPM software to model processes
6. Train and coach process excellence capabilities and use of business process tooling.
Essential Skills
7. Strong process mapping / process improvement skills & experience
8. Possess a strong process improvement / analytical mindset
9. Experience of using or managing BPM applications
10. Demonstrable experience applying Lean, Six Sigma, orparable continuous improvement methodologies
11. Practical exposure to SAP S/4HANA, ERP change programmes or other system/technology-based projects
12. Strong excel skills (data analysis & insight, pivot tables and vlookups)
13. Confident workshop facilitator
14. Excellent networking, collaboration, andmunication skills
15. Confident in engaging with stakeholders
Desirable For The Role
16. Experience in providing training and coaching
17. Experience of working with risk, controls or audit
18. Lean Six Sigma certification (Green Belt or above)
19. Experience working in Finance, Supply Chain and Data environments
