Purpose of the role:
We are seeking a skilled Workday professional with strong
experience in integrations, financials, and data analytics to support and
enhance our Workday platform. The role will focus on delivering high-quality
integrations, improving financial processes, and supporting ongoing
transformation projects across multiple business units.
Key Responsibilities
* Design,
build, and maintain Workday integrations (inbound/outbound)
* Support
and enhance Workday Financials, particularly accounting processes
* Utilize
Workday Prism Analytics to support reporting, data transformation,
and insights
* Collaborate
with Finance, IT, and third-party vendors to deliver scalable solutions
* Troubleshoot
and resolve system, integration, and data issues
* Ensure
data integrity, security, and compliance across Workday modules
* Support
continuous improvement of Workday architecture and processes
Required Skills & Experience
* Proven
experience with Workday Integrations (e.g., EIB, Core Connectors,
Studio)
* Strong
knowledge of Workday Financials / Accounting
* Hands-on
experience with Workday Prism Analytics
* Experience
integrating third-party platforms (e.g., eCommerce, payment systems like
Shopify)
* Understanding
of financial reconciliation processes
* Strong
problem-solving and stakeholder management skills
* Experience
working in multi-entity or retail environments is desirable
