We’re looking for a Health & Safety Business Partner to play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering our strategic direction across Logistics and Retail. Working closely with our Health & Safety Manager, you’ll help define and uphold compliance standards, embed best practices into daily operations, and provide data-driven insights to senior stakeholders. Location & Working Hours
Location: Nationwide (Travel Required)
Shift Pattern: Monday - Friday (37.5 hours per week)
Responsibilities
* Champion our Health & Safety strategy across Logistics and Retail.
* Monitor compliance with policies, procedures, and legal obligations.
* Analyse data and produce high-quality reports to identify risks and recommend improvements.
* Launch and support a refreshed Health & Safety communication strategy.
* Present insights and trend analysis to senior leadership.
* Guide stakeholders in setting meaningful Health & Safety targets.
* Advise on legislative changes and their impact on the business.
* Conduct site reviews and thematic assessments using risk matrices.
* Deliver training and support projects, including new site openings.
* Maintain strong relationships with regulators and external authorities.
* Help us maintain our RoSPA Gold Award status.
Qualifications & Experience
* CertIOSH membership (CMIOSH preferred but not essential).
* Strong communication, influencing, and conflict management skills.
* Ability to collaborate across governance roles and all levels of the business.
* Excellent IT skills, including Excel and Power BI.
* Experience building high-quality reports and translating data into actionable insights.
* Self-motivated with great time management skills.
* Willingness to travel occasionally to AO sites or client locations.
