Senior Account Manager
London, W11 (with hybrid working) – full‑time, six‑month fixed‑term contract (maternity cover), 37.5 hours per week. Potential extension.
About the role:
* Oversee a portfolio of key client accounts, acting as their trusted partner and ensuring strategic growth.
* Report to the Client Innovation Director, managing complex programmes spanning 2D creative and retail estate management.
* Build relationships with clients and internal teams to deliver outstanding results.
* Involved in client relationships, commercial management, accountability, and mentoring junior team members.
* Autonomous, focused on relationship building and delivery of results.
What you'll need
* Experience within the consumer goods and consumer electronics sector.
* At least four years’ experience in account management within a marketing or creative agency.
* A proven record of managing accounts and delivery projects.
* Experience in financial management and strategic planning.
* Strong understanding of marketing principles and client service excellence.
* Deep understanding of retail display, POS, planograms and fixture management.
* Strong leadership skills.
* Comfort presenting ideas and leading client meetings.
* Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
* Awareness of industry trends and ability to apply them to client strategies.
* Comfort using AI (Microsoft Co-Pilot) to support work.
