This role requires strong analytical abilities, excellent communication skills, and the confidence to work with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
* Evaluate business processes, identify gaps, and recommend optimization strategies.
* Anticipate organisational requirements and work proactively to develop effective solutions.
* Stay updated on the latest industry trends, IT advancements, and automation tools to modernize internal systems.
* Conduct detailed requirements analysis and translate insights into actionable documentation.
* Gather critical information through stakeholder meetings, workshops, and interviews.
* Develop and deliver comprehensive reports that support strategic decision‑making.
* Collaborate closely with clients, technicians, and senior management to ensure process improvements align with business goals.
* Provide leadership and mentorship to junior team members through coaching, training, and performance guidance.
* Support the development and implementation of process automation initiatives.
Qualifications & Skills
* Proven experience in business analysis, intelligence analysis, or process improvement.
* Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
* Experience working with cross‑functional teams.
* Knowledge of business process modelling, automation tools, or IT systems (preferred).
* Strong leadership skills and experience guiding junior staff (advantageous).
