* Plan and prepare high-quality teaching sessions and learning materials.
* Develop and share educational resources tailored to the course.
* Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of student progress using college systems.
* Act as a personal tutor, supporting students across their entire programme.
* Maintain close communication with colleagues to ensure a cohesive educational environment.
* Engage in curriculum development and planning activities, both individually and as part of a team.
