Vision for Education are currently recruiting for Primary Teaching Assistant to work in a primary schools in the Tipton and surrounding area on a day to day basis starting from as soon as possible. The role This role will include the following: Supporting generally across a class wihtin a primary/EYFS setting. Support studdents in small groups/conduct interventions Work with students with SEN needs such as ASD, ADHD, SEMH, cognitive needs and behavioural needs. Is a great opportunity for teaching assistants to build a good rapport with a school in their local area. This cover will start from as soon as possible and will be available on a day to day basis moving forward dependent on your availability. The schools The schools are based in and around the Tipton area (Dudley/Sandwell). They range from sizes and requirements. Requirements To be considered for the day to day Teaching Assistant position, you will: Have prior experience in a school/nursery setting. Have confidence in supporting and leading a classroom. Will need prior experience working in a childcare setting. Be able to gain references from most recent relevant role. Able to obtain a valid DBS registered to the update service. Have experience/understanding of different SEN needs Be adaptable and flexible Be available for a minimum of 2 days per week.
