Position: Children's Community Nurse
Band: 6
Hours: 30 hours per week
Location: EPUT
Responsibilities
* Provide family‑centered holistic nursing care for children in community settings.
* Work collaboratively with Health Visitors, School Nurses, GPs and Paediatric Liaison Health Visitors to deliver coordinated, high‑quality care.
* Participate in a shift system delivering care from 08:30 to 18:30, seven days a week.
* Maintain clinical supervision and participate in induction and ongoing training.
Qualifications
* Registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (RSCN) or registered with the Nursing Council (RN), specialising in child or paediatric nursing.
* Acute paediatric experience and in‑depth knowledge of family‑centered holistic nursing.
* Excellent organisational and communication skills, able to cross boundaries with the multidisciplinary team and families.
