Provide targeted small-group and 1:1 support to help pupils progress academically, socially, and emotionally. Work alongside teachers to plan, prepare, and deliver engaging learning activities. Support pupils with additional needs by adapting resources and approaches to suit different learning styles. Monitor and record pupil progress, sharing updates with teaching staff and contributing to assessments.
