This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Legal Document Specialist who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys solving formatting challenges, and takes pride in delivering polished, client-ready work.
You’ll play an important role in supporting lawyers with short-turnaround documents (under an hour), handling complex formatting, and ensuring documents are accurate, consistent, and professional.
This is initially a 6-month contract with a genuine opportunity to become permanent.

* Previous experience in a legal or professional services document production role.
* Excellent MS Word and template skills.
* A confident communicator who stays calm under pressure.
* Availability to work 2 days per week in the London office.
