Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage all kitchen operations for a 100-cover fine dining restaurant
Execute and maintain refined British cuisine to Michelin-level standards
Collaborate closely with the Michelin Chef on menu development and execution
Recruit, train, and lead the kitchen team, fostering a high-performance culture
Ensure consistency, food quality, presentation, and portion control
Maintain strict compliance with NYC health, safety, and hygiene regulations
Manage food costs, supplier relationships, inventory, and kitchen budgets
Oversee service execution and ensure seamless BOHFOH coordination

Candidate Requirements
Proven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef in fine dining restaurants
Strong specialisation in British cuisine (modern or classic)
Experience working in Michelin-starred or Michelin-level kitchens
Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills
Ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-pressure fine dining environment
