Work closely with speech and language therapists, teachers, and parents to track progress and adapt strategies. Support classroom activities and promote effective communication skills among students. Help create a supportive and inclusive learning environment. SEN Teaching Assistant Requirements: Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of speech and language development. Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with children Experience working collaboratively with therapists and educators. Relevant qualifications in Speech and Language Support or a related field are preferred. A proactive and adaptable approach to supporting diverse needs.
