An experienced CNC Cell Leader is required to oversee the day-to-day running of a busy CNC production area. Youll lead a team of operators, ensuring machines run smoothly, output targets are met, and quality standards are maintained.
Shifts & Wages: Fixed Day shift: Monday-Friday, 07:00-16:00 - £35,000 per annum Fixed Night Shift: Sunday-Thursday, 22:00-07:00 - £38,000 per annum

Planning and allocating workloads to meet production schedules. Leading daily briefings and ensuring smooth shift handovers. Monitoring performance and driving efficiency using production data. Applying Lean practices to reduce waste and improve processes. Maintaining high standards of housekeeping and 5S. Supporting operator training, onboarding, and development. Promoting a strong culture of health and safety. Working with maintenance to ensure machines remain in top condition. Were looking for a CNC Cell Leader with: Previous experience in a CNC machining environment. Strong technical knowledge of CNC operations and tooling. Proven supervisory or leadership experience in production. Experience in Lean manufacturing and process improvements. Confident communicator with good problem-solving skills.
