Application Support Analyst Bristol - Hybrid | £35,000 – £40,000 | Legal Sector I’m working with a renowned and award-winning law firm in central Bristol in support of their search for an experienced Application Support Analyst to join their collaborative Application Support team. You’ll be providing 2nd line support for a variety of systems and software, helping users get the most from key legal applications and Microsoft tools. Sitting in a friendly and experienced team, you’ll provide both remote and onsite support, act as an escalation point for the service desk team, manage hardware and software deployments, and contribute to knowledge sharing, system upgrades, and continuous improvement projects. Please note, this is a shift-based position based in central Bristol (a short walk from Temple Meads Station) and will require onsite support 2-3 days a week. The role at a glance: Providing 2nd line support for productivity and business-critical applications, including legal solutions and Office 365. Acting as a liaison between the Application Support and Service Desk Teams, as well as an escalation point for IT Support. Contributing to knowledge base articles and ITSM workflows. Installing, configuring and maintaining hardware/software. Leading root cause analysis and implementing fixes. What they need from you: Proven experience in an Application Support Analyst position within the legal sector or professional services (experience in supporting legal sector applications is preferred). Strong knowledge of Microsoft technologies (O365, Azure, SCCM/Endpoint, Intune). Excellent communication skills with prior experience of supporting users in a professional environment. Enthusiasm for learning and collaborating in a team environment.
