Role Overview
We are looking for an ambitious Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team in Manchester. In this role, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle within the Digital and R2R sectors, working closely with both clients and candidates to deliver high-quality placements.
This is a sales-driven role suited to individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and want to build a successful career in recruitment.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage the full recruitment process from client briefing to candidate placement
* Source and engage candidates within the digital and recruitment sectors
* Build and develop relationships with digital businesses and recruitment agencies
* Identify new business opportunities and generate leads
* Conduct candidate interviews and screening calls
* Advertise roles and manage job postings across job boards and LinkedIn
* Negotiate offers, salaries, and contracts between clients and candidates
* Maintain accurate records within the company CRM system
* Consistently achieve monthly revenue and placement targets
Requirements
* Previous experience in recruitment, sales, or business development (preferred but not essential)
* Interest or experience in digital, tech, or recruitment industries
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills
* Target-driven with a competitive mindset
* Highly organised and able to manage multiple roles and clients
* Proactive, resilient, and motivated to succeed
