Salary: £27,000 - 30,000 per year Requirements: We are looking for a candidate with previous experience in 1st or 2nd line IT support. You should possess strong problem-solving skills and be comfortable working on hardware and software issues. Excellent communication skills are essential, and a customer-focused approach is highly valued. Any hands-on experience in hardware assembly or knowledge of electronics would be advantageous. Responsibilities: In this role, you will provide first and second line technical support via phone and email, logging cases in Zendesk. You will support pre- and post-sales technical activities, including installations and troubleshooting. There may be occasions when you will assist customers on-site while traveling with the sales team. You will also be responsible for assembling cables, accessory kits, and solar panels as needed, as well as monitoring hosted systems to flag any site faults or data anomalies.
