The role for Client Experience Executive:
This is a part-time role (22.Make outbound calls/messages to check in with current and past clients * Use CRM tools to identify re-engagement and upsell opportunities * Support surveys, loyalty programmes, and NPS scoring initiatives * Drive additional revenue through upselling/cross-selling and retention * Support Mentors and internal teams with client engagement updates * Record feedback and client data to inform wider business strategies * Champion exceptional customer service and accurate record-keeping
