Reinstatement Manager
Horsham | £44.4k - £55.5k per annum (dependent on skills and qualifications)
Full-time | Office based

What you’ll do
* Ensuring effective and safe management of reinstatement contractors
* Reporting on compliance to legislation and code of practice
* Maintain excellent levels of customer scores and standards of service
* Attention to detail with responsibility for approving contractor payment applications
* Carry out quality audits to ensure high levels of safety at all times
* Maintain and develop relationships with local councils
* Drive improvement in reinstatement costs and quality with contractors
What you’ll need
* The job holder should have a NRSWA (New Road and Street Works Act) certification.
* Full technical knowledge of the reinstatement process and code of practice
* Good team leadership, the ability to communicate at all levels
* Excellent customer service skills and work as part of a team
* A full, clean driving licence and excellent IT skills
* Performance management knowledge and ability to travel across the southern region is essential
