About the Role: A welcoming, inclusive primary school in the London Borough of Ealing is seeking a confident, resilient and compassionate Behaviour Mentor to join their pastoral team with an immediate start. This role is ideally suited to an individual with a strong background in supporting children with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs and managing challenging behaviours in a school setting. You will work closely with the school's SENCO, pastoral lead and class teachers to support identified pupils across the school, both in-class and through targeted interventions. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in promoting positive behaviour, emotional resilience and engagement with learning.
