About the Role
Our client in Southend is now recruiting full-time Functional Assessors at entry level, offering a fully supported transition for clinicians seeking a move away from traditional clinical environments.

What Youll Do
* Conduct functional assessment consultations with claimants
* Review medical evidence and produce clear, structured clinical reports
* Work within clinical guidance to ensure fair and accurate assessments
* Engage in ongoing CPD throughout a comprehensive training programme
* Enjoy stable weekday hours with no shift work or weekend commitments

Who Were Looking For
This role is open to qualified and registered clinicians from the following backgrounds:
* Nurses RGN only
* Physiotherapists
* Occupational Therapists
You must hold valid NMC or HCPC registration and have at least 12 months of post-registration experience.
? Please note: This role is NOT suitable for RSCNs (Registered Sick Childrens Nurses) or Midwives, as the position requires adult-based clinical assessment experience aligned with DWP guidelines. Additionally this role does NOT offer Visa Sponsorship.
